The John Mercer Memorial Sporting Clays Tournament

This shoot is being held in remembrance of John Mercer, a long-time supporter of Ducks Unlimited and past member of the Kent County DU Chapter. John was the Maryland Ducks Unlimited State Chairman from 2003-2004, was editor of the MD DU State Newsletter "The Sinkbox" for many years and was a DU Life Sponsor. John was an avid waterfowl and upland game hunter who also enjoyed fishing, sporting clays, and the great outdoors. He spent his 40+ year career with the Hogan's Agency in Chestertown, Maryland. John passed in September 2020 and we are proud to hold this event in his memory.
